CONTACT SEMINAR IN BUDAPEST (HUNGARY)

In October 2012, we met in Budapest in a Contact Seminar organized by the Life Long Learning Programme (European Commission) in order to create Comenius Multilateral School partnerships. We managed to put together ideas and made a project draft for our schools: 8 Pre-Primary and Primary schools from Hersonisos (Crete-Greece), Zagreb (Croatia), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Rincón de la Victoria (Málaga-Spain), St. Johnston (Co. Donegal-Ireland), Paks (Hungary), Kolding (Denmark)and Düsseldorf (Germany).

Here we go together!
Our project "ACTIVE IN EUROPE (ACT IN EUROPE)" has been approved for all our members and we are about to start working together during the two years it lasts.

The aim of the project is to improve physical activity and consequently, health, as it is defined by WHO, "a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity". The main idea is to train students, pupils to be able to take imformed decisions concerning their lives and implement them in cooperation with their families and the authorities for the benefit of the whole community, given that the school can act as an agent of change in the community.
